Salmon Arm Sanitary Dump Station
Gentech was invited by the City of Salmon Arm to provide a price to design a modern sanitary dump service for the public, utilizing new technologies for payment and infrastructure security and potentially recovery fees for use of the utilities, in keeping with the direction other municipalities and sanitary dump service providers are going. The project included:

142m – 200ø PVC Water Main
- 125m – 200ø PVC Sanitary Main; and
- 95m – 250ø PVC Storm Main; and
- 110m Barrier Curb and Gutter; and
- 200m² – 150mm Concrete Sidewalk; and
- 2000m² – 65mm asphalt
Gentech was awarded the project and Design was completed June 2024. Tender closed June 2024 and construction began August 2024. Construction was completed October 2024 and the Sanitary Dump opened April 2025. This project was a joint construction project between General Assembly Excavating and the City of Salmon Arm.
